Andrés Felipe Giraldo Bueno ( Cali , Colombia , February 7 , 1992 ), better known as Pipe Bueno , is a Colombian singer-songwriter , composer and actor , his musical genres are mainly popular music and ranchera . However, in recent years he has done reggaeton collaborations with artists like Maluma , Wisin , J Álvarez and Zion .

Pipe Bueno began his artistic career only at the age of 16, which allowed him to meet great vallenato singers like at a party; they both listened to him and decided to support him in his career.

After this, Pipe released his eponymous debut album where he fused genres such as vallenato and popular. The album, recorded in Medellín in 2008, was produced by Iván Calderón.

He began to take shape internationally with a great reception from the Latin American public at his concerts due to his talent and style.

His success Recostada en la Cama (Version with alternative lyrics of an original song by Grupo Trinidad, with the voice of Leo Mattioli, recorded in 1999 under the name “Se cansá de esperar”) was what led him to musical stardom in Colombia and be known throughout the country as in different countries. He was nominated and received several awards in his country. His next success was No Voy a Morir, with which he was strong on the charts in his country, with 20 million views on YouTube. It was for several years the most visited popular song in all of Colombia.

In 2009, he received nominations for the Nuestra Tierra Awards as the artist of the night and won five awards. That same year he was nominated for the first time at the Latin Grammy Awards in the category of “Best Grupera Music Album” for his album Pipe Bueno 2 but was unable to attend as he was denied a visa to the United States due to legal problems with the father of him 3

In 2011, she received an invitation from the Puerto Rican reggaeton singers Jowell & Randy for the remix of the song Mi Dama Colombia, a tribute to Colombian women in which she also participated with J Balvin and Pipe Calderón . Since then she has had hits across the country such as Te Parece Poco , At Primera Vista , Mala , Esta Vez te Dejo and Este Amor no murió . In mid-2013, when she was competing on La Pista, she released her song Al Son que me Toquen Bailo along with Jhonny Rivera.which was a national success. In August she made her first musical album on DVD in Bogotá at the closing of the Summer Festival in the capital city. He had Américo from Chile as guests collaborating on the song Recostada en la Cama , the accordion of Juancho de la Espriella, Jorge Celedón , Paola Jara and Jhonny Rivera .

In 2014, when he was Maluma ‘s adviser at La Voz Kids, he launched La Invitación , a song by the two in the urban genre, Pipe’s first in reggaeton accompanied by one of the greats of Colombia such as Maluma . In a few days it receives millions of views, and has already reached 100 million views on YouTube , thus extending his international career. He was invited to record the popular version of Devuélveme la Vida by Pasabordo. 4

By the beginning of 2015 he returned to his popular genre with the song Te Hubieras Ido Antes . 5 For February 2015, this song was placed in the first position of the Top Latin Songs – Popular Colombia ranking of Monitor Latino for the fourth consecutive week. 6 He would collaborate on the remix of the song Corazón Acelerado with one of the greatest exponents of the urban genre Wisin , in addition to the popular version of Le Hace Fata Un Beso with Alejandro González , he would make the remix video for Quiero Olvidar together with reggaeton artist J Álvarez .In 2017 he presents a duet song with Jhon Álex Castaño titled Ingrata with the best popular style, positioning himself in the first places.
