Manuela Villa , pseudonym of Manuela Maria Garofalo Pica ( Rome , 7 February 1966 ), is an Italian singer and actress. Born Manuela Maria Garofalo Pica daughter of singer Claudio Villa and Sicilian soubrette and dancer Noemi Garofalo .

He began studying singing and piano at the age of five. His debut in the entertainment world, after some experiences outside Italy, took place in 1991 during the Piacere Raiuno broadcast , where he performed two songs brought to success by his father, Granada and Un amore cosi grande (revisitation of a song recorded by the tenor Mario Del Munich ). In the following months she is hosted by many programs such as Domenica in lei and Occhio al ticket . In 1993 she is she at the Salone Margherita with Oreste Lionello and Pippo Franco , and in Saluti e baci, with the same cast; the following year he released his second album, entitled Un concerto italiano , with reinterpretations of various Italian songs.

On 21 January 2008 his first collection was released on all newsstands as an attachment to the weekly Sorrisi e Canzoni entitled Collecting emotions . In November 2008 she made her debut in Palermo as a theater actress, in Sandro Mayer ‘s comedy Un amore grande grande . She writes another book, the novel The Bride and the Devil . In 2009 she took part in the Gospel for Peace show together with Marcello Cirillo , Annalisa Minetti and others, performing in concerts, some of which were held in the main cathedrals of Rome . In April 2010 she was on stage at the Teatro della Nemone in Bagheria withVia Crucis – Opera Musical , in which he brings Mary to life; directed by Claudio Insegno . The musical on the passion of Christ is conceived, set to music, arranged and directed by maestro Martino Brancatello, staged by the “Compagnia della Nemone” of Palermo. In May 2011 he returned to the theater scene with the show Taormina 5 stelle vista mare with Enrico Guarnieri and directed by Guglielmo Ferro.

On 25 February 2012 his new single, self-produced, Io sto qui written by Emanuele Castrucci and arranged by Francesco Carlesi, was released. In April 2012 he debuted in the new theatrical comedy Il Gallo with Enrico Guarneri, directed by Guglielmo Ferro. In March 2013 at the Sistina theater in Rome he celebrated his first 25 years of music with a concert entitled “Ascoltami Tour”.

In the summer of 2014 he left for the Simply Io tour . In December 2014 she participated as a VIP competitor in the launch of Pupo ‘s television quiz Una canzone per 100.000 , on the new channel Agon Channel .

In 2015 he was in the cast, together with Martufello , Stefano Ambrogi and Nadia Rinaldi , of the comedy Happy Birthday written by Pier Francesco Pingitore .

In 2017 he worked in the theater in the comedy Per un punche di sgay by Pier Francesco Pingitore together with Martufello with the production of Nevio Schiavone. In the same year she was part of the show Gran Madness with Pamela Prati , Martufello, Matilde Brandi , Mario Zamma and Enzo Piscopo .

In 2017 and 2018 she is busy with the show Roma! by Pier Francesco Pingitore . With the Bagaglino company in 2018 she plays various characters such as Madonna, Evita Peron, Anita Garibaldi and Gina Lollobrigida in the Female show , gaining acclaim as an actress. Subsequently Pier Francesco Pingitore wrote a show for her entitled Roma e le Romane . Subsequently she is on tour with Martufello and Nadia Rinaldi directed by Claudio Insegno with a comedy entitled L’ibianchino .
