Ivory Coast ghost children deprived of access to fundamental rights

According to UNICEF, the birth of 230 million children under the age of 5 are not declared at worldwide. These ghost children are thus deprived of access to fundamental rights. In Ivory Coast, despite the efforts of the authorities, the problem is persistent, and even seems to be increasing with 35% of children unregistered.
